I’m Allie I make art under the name Allifacio. I started as a very serious unserious artist and now my practice has somewhat merged with an online niche micro influencer persona. I’m from Portland, OR, I’m half Filipino and I think that’s irrelevant but also very important to say. I started creating when I was in the womb (child prodigy), but I began my first ceramics class in 2015 at Arts and Communication Magnet Academy. In 2020, I dropped out of my first year at Pacific Northwest College of Art. Determined to metaphorically say 'up yours' to the pretentious art world, I started selling my handmade works around the city, my first pop-up being someone's backyard at a DIY punk show. Now, thanks to a supportive art community on and offline, I'm a full time sculptor, making miniature ceramic friends for people.
